Delivery Times & Production

All Luca Home furniture is made to order. Production and delivery times vary depending on the product and current availability. For an accurate estimate, please contact us before placing your order — we will be happy to provide full details.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Large & Assembled Items

Some furniture items require special handling. Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window for large or heavy pieces.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
