We want you to be completely satisfied with your Luca Home purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we are here to help.

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible.

To initiate a return, please contact us at geral@luca-home.pt or via WhatsApp at +351 912 427 744 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
— Custom or made-to-order furniture
— Items that have been assembled or used
— Items damaged due to improper use

Return Costs

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover all return shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
